Personal Use Licence

Thank you for supporting Wattle Fern Studio. Every digital paint-by-number kit is created with care and is protected by copyright. Your purchase includes a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only. By purchasing or downloading any digital products from Wattle Fern Studio, you agree to the terms of this licence.

What You Can Do

Your licence allows you to:

• Access, download and securely store a personal copy of your purchased files using the authorised Wattle Fern Studio Google Drive links.
• Enjoy the artwork for your own personal use.
• Create the artwork using Procreate or another compatible digital art application.
• Print your completed artwork for personal display in your home.
• Create and give finished artwork as a personal gift for family or friends.

What You Cannot Do

To protect the artwork and the Wattle Fern Studio community, you may not:

• Share, email or distribute the digital files to other people.
• Sell, resell or give away the files.
• Upload the files to public or shared cloud storage, file-sharing services, forums or online groups.
• Modify the files for resale or redistribution.
• Use the original files, templates, completed artwork or modified versions for commercial purposes.
• Include the files in products, templates or bundles for sale.
• Claim the artwork or designs as your own.

Copyright

All artwork, digital files, illustrations, templates, colour palettes, brush sets, guides and accompanying materials remain the intellectual property of Wattle Fern Studio. Purchasing a product grants you a licence to use the files under these terms. It does not transfer ownership or copyright.

Updates

From time to time, Wattle Fern Studio may improve or update digital products. If you've previously purchased a product, you'll be able to download the latest version from your account (where available) or through the original download method.
